Jamie Radenbaugh

 With a deep passion for nature, GlampOut™ founder Jamie is thrilled to show you the ease and joy of camping!  Jamie has guided groups throughout the US wilderness since 1999. Jamie has a zest for life and a contagious love of exploring. She's proud to share GlampOut with you and hopes you have the time of your life!

Asha Stout 

Asha loves all things adventure, especially skiing. He grew up exploring the pacific northwest and starting leading backpacking trips as a teenager. His adventurous spirit has led him to many passions, including sustainable building and design, homebrewing and fiddling with cars. He has been a wilderness guide, a forestry crew supervisor, an artist's model (check out that hair!), a Wildland Firefighter, and is currently an instructor at UNM-Taos. Asha is trained as an EMT and Wilderness First Responder.

Tony Clement

An energetic and supportive team member, Tony brings an impressive attention to detail in all that he does. His support of logistics and transportation keeps our GlampOut gears turning!  An elite middle-distance racer, his passion for health & wellness is an inspiration to all.  Tony can be found most days camping, blazing trails, and enjoying life to the fullest.  But look carefully, ‘cause you just might miss him!  ​

Adrianna Weickhardt

Adrianna is an avid guide for mountain biking, hiking, and camping programs.  She's led programs as a caving guide with the U.S. Forest Service in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, as a Park Ranger with Texas Parks in Wildlife in the Chihuahuan Desert of west Texas, and during a 29-day whitewater canoeing and backpacking expedition in the Yukon Territory of Canada.  Join her for a fun and inspirational adventure. But be warned, you may find her enthusiasm contagious! ​

Michael Montoya

Michael has been a professional guide in skiing, rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing and more. His favorite passion of recent has been teaching his young nieces to tackle the ski slopes of Santa Fe, NM like little champs. Grounded and good-humored, Michael is a rock at Team GlampOut.  He is notorious for grilling and smoking some of the best camp steaks this side of the Rio Grande.

Angelina Flores-Montoya

Multi-talented and fun-loving, Angelina joins GlampOut™ between her vivacious outdoor passions and pursuit of her PhD in Nursing and Public Health Policy. High-spirited and sharp as a whistle, Angelina helps to keep GlampOut running at top-efficiency so your time is smooth-sailing and worry-free. And trust me, you don’t want to miss her home-style  cooking! ​

Josh Connole

 Josh has over 20 years of outdoor leadership experience ranging from whitewater rafting on the Rio Grande to guiding skiers down the steeps of Taos. An avid weekend warrior, Josh is our jack-of-all-trades.  His high-energy keeps us going, as does his “rocket fuel” morning coffee! From finding a sweet hammock spot to perfecting your morning omelet, Josh has your comfort in mind.  When he's not busy attending to the finer details of "Glamp Life," Josh works as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Albuquerque, NM.

Rosie Williams 

Rosie grew up exploring the varied landscapes of the Southwest and was huffing and puffing through multi-day backpacking trips before she knew her multiplication tables. She connects her two biggest passions (people and nature) through her work at a youth-focused nonprofit in Taos.  A certified yoga instructor, Rosie has studied yoga for 15 years. She loves to combine the structure of her practice with the spontaneity of travel. Rosie is trained in Wilderness First Aid.

Justin & Patrice La Vigne

 These modern-day nomads have claimed more than 12,000 trail miles, 36 National Parks and 40 of the U.S. high peaks . You can find them backpacking, paddling, biking, climbing, XC skiing and snowshoeing. The husband-wife dynamic duo works here, there and everywhere in the hospitality and outdoors industry. They are Leave No Trace Master Educators, Wilderness First Responders, speakers, gear testers and writers.
